Development Strategy
Organic growth for all services and development of priority areas
Organic business growth by expanding the order book;

Investment into the development of priority areas by integrating high-tech equipment and advancing technology.
Focus on innovation and efficiency
Upgrade of production facilities;

New design engineering & production and manufacturing of spare parts at its own facilities;
Personnel performance improvement.
Benefiting from import substitution opportunities
The long-term import substitution policy backed up by the Russian government, including the oil industry, sustains the hope for the acquisition of preemptive rights and privileges as a result of tenders conducted by mining operators and directly as a result of operations.

Understanding customers’ interests
One of the few independent Russian companies capable to provide the full range of ‘turnkey’ oilfield services, giving an edge over the main rivals;
Tailored solutions allowing for specific field parameters that can be put together by R&D investments.

Offering high added value services
Building up on the high value-added and high quality basic service portfolio (e.g. the entire range of horizontal drilling services);
Breaking into new Russian markets, including East Siberia; penetrating overseas markets, including Cuba, Vietnam, and also CIS nations;
Participating in support projects for offshore well construction.
